Yes, it can be exchanged only in case of damage in transit, but for that, we need an unboxing video of the package right from opening the parcel till the end, no cuts and joins in the video will be entertained. You can share the video on email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. In case the replacement is not in stock, refund will be initiated once we receive the package in perfect condition.
We will not process returns cancellations or refund for the following-
